The staff were brilliantly helpful. the views of the lake and mountains were fantastic. - the room was large and newly renovated with a safe box, a minibar, and a sofa bed. - the bed was comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows. - the central location was a plus. - I enjoyed being a short walk from the train station.

Location was right opposite one of the boat stations but was not noisy as this station was not too busy. Short stroll to main centre and train station was very close.

Breakfast room was compact. Although called a "Jazz" hotel the only reference were room names and two pictures on room walls. Although there was nothing wrong with the hotel I wouldn't recommend it to friends as it was not to my taste.

The location is superb - right on the lakeside, close to city centre, 7-10 min walk from the train station. All rooms are named as famous jazzmen. Nice design, clean, great staff. Breakfast is ok. Overall - really good. Великолепное расположение - на берегу озера, 7-10 минут от вокзала, рядом с истор.центром города. Чисто, милый дизайн, все комнаты названы в честь известных джазменов. Распорядительеый персонал. Завтрак неплохой. В целом-очень рекомедую.

The location right on the lake was nice. Also the details and finishings in the hotel were very nice.

The rooms are realy quite small and give a cramped feeling. Although right on the lake, the room and balcony and road situation does not lend itself for enjoying lake views. The staff were not very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and things to do.
